Henry D. Kass is a former Assistant State's Attorney with the DuPage County State's Attorney's Office and is currently practicing primarily int he areas of criminal and domestic relations law at the law firm of Mirabella, Kincaid, Frederick & Mirabella, LLC. In addition, Henry teaches family law as an adjunct instructor at the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn. He attended the University of the Basque Country in San Sebastian, Spain and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Language and Linguistics from the University of Iowa in 1997. Thereafter, he received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2000 and is licensed to practice both in the State of Iowa and Illinois. Henry is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association and serves as an Assembly Member to the Illinois State Bar Association. Henry is also a Fellow to the Illinois Bar Foundation and is actively involved in the DuPage County Bar Association where he served as Chair to the Child Advocacy Committee.
